Lale Filmer;
Has been an avid admirer of precious stones, art and nature. The stones, beads, pieces of glass washed to shore, and all other things that she collected grew to become a treasure. Little did she know that this childhood treasure would be the core of her life in the future.
These valuable memories combined wtih her education became her way of expressing her talent.
A pebble from the beach, a good memory, an old piece of silver... these were the materials that impelled her to tell wonderful stories not with words, but through art.
So each piece of jewellery had a story. From a warm day, from the sea shore, from a lover, from a break-up. Actually, Lale Filmer was telling her own story in all the jewellery. Thus each piece had a story and each story was owned by someone. .. The person wearing the jewellery felt happy to be carrying something created through life itself, and with such a great story...
Lale Filmer was born in Istanbul. After her elementary and middle school education in Istanbul, she went to Academie Royal des Beux Arts de Liege, and completed her education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Istanbul.
She continues to create customized jewellery by combining semi-precious and precious stones, gold and silver. Their different materials and designs help to distinguish these jewellery from others, and will continue to bring happiness and luck to those who own them...
